Hello, and welcome to my world of unique facial massage and bodywork. As a massage therapist for 25 years I gathered a great feeling and many tools to optimise the massage treatment. Whether a facial where I combine techniques for muscles, fascia, lymphatic drainage and sculpting/lifting; or a full body massage to relieve from any stagnation or tension.
I offer massages that go deeper and make a physical difference, as well as providing a touch that is also gentle and nourishing.

Through my menu on Bokadirekt you can piece together a combination that you wish for. Still when coming to me, I listen to your needs and suggest and customize the treatment that can be of most benefit to you at that moment. Massage-oils and other products I use are always organic, and of the best quality for your skin. In my clinic in Birkastan you will be welcomed into a calm and cozy treatment room where you will snuggle down under fresh linen on a soft and warm infra-bed.
I want to provide a space for you as my client to really feel safe and taken care of, in order to really let go of the stress of daily life.

ABOUT ME
I´m a certified massage therapist working with different approaches; muscular therapy, lymphatic massage, shiatsu, thaimassage, chi nei tsang and spa treatments. Slowly leaving the pure muscular treatment I am now more into combination treatments with focus on facial massages and the lymphatic system. My facial techniques have deepned through Dana Nels professional training, where I customize using myofascia massage, lymphatic drainage, bucchalmassage, lifting/sculpting, cupping and gua sha. My aim is to work in a holistic way where the client feel safe to really relax, in order to fully receive and benefit the most from the massage.
